In this episode, I introduce Stephanie Hanko.
Stephanie is a Senior Principal at CSG Government Solutions, Inc. and is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
She has over 25 years of professional business experience.
This includes establishing and overseeing project management standards and Project Management Offices for individual and enterprise projects.
She has worked primarily on healthcare and human services businesses and information technology projects.
Stephanie has a unique competency in identifying and analyzing situations, projects, and teams and developing strategic solutions and corrective actions to stabilize at-risk projects.
She quotes a mentor as saying “Start your brain before you start your mouth.”
Throughout her career, that phrase has been a guiding principle to stop and listen first, think, and then consider what words will be impactful and needed.
This has led her to become a successful leader in guiding complex projects and organizations in meeting business objectives.
Her focus on acknowledgement and careful, honest, and sometimes hard communication brings about collaboration and individual, team, and company successes.
Stephanie states her mission as “helping people, teams, and clients be successful.”
Her primary topic for this Art of Grateful Leadership interview is:
“Acknowledging people who are often unacknowledged”
